What is similar and different between tropical rainforests and temperate rainforests?
Today, the children took a virtual trip into the tropical rainforest in Brazil as well as the temperate forest (Parkhurst). They identified the different climates found in both and the seasons as well as the different plants and animals that live there and why. Finally, the children designed a new animal to live in one of the biomes. They had to identify which floor the animal would live in and why. Some amazing creatures designed.
