Science - What are shadows?

 This week explored shadows, looking at:

- how we can create them?

- which types of materials will create shadows?

- How can we change the size of a shadow?

By turning off all of the lights, closing all of the curtains, and getting down under the tables - we managed to answer all of the questions above, entirely through exploration. Next week we will be putting our hypothesis to the test, finding out how shadow size changes with distance from light source - based off of today, we think that the closer the object to the light source, the bigger the shadow formed!
